As per the latest Government Gazette issued on September 2, 2020, membership in OLSPAB has become a prerequisite for any software/ITES company to conduct business in Bangladesh and participate in both government and non-government procurement processes.OLSPAB's mission encompasses several key objectives, including trade facilitation and business promotion within the software and IT-enabled services sector, fostering research and innovation, and facilitating education and employment to further stimulate the growth of the Bangladesh economy. To align with these goals, OLSPAB collaborates with the Government of Bangladesh to develop policies and procedures that support the software and ITES sector, offering a comprehensive portfolio of services to the community.Through close cooperation with the Bangladesh Government, OLSPAB has been instrumental in creating a supportive environment for the Software and ITES industry.
